Sullivan's Metal Cutting
Precision water-jet cutting for custom steel signs, brackets, decorative panels, and one-off metal pieces. Designed, cut, and finished at our 6-acre Indio facility, alongside our stone and shutter shops.
Water-Jet Capability
Our Flow Mach 500 Water Jet cuts steel up to a quarter-inch thick with the kind of precision that's tough to match on a blade. No heat, no warping, no rough finish — just clean, crisp edges ready to install.
CNC-driven cutting paths follow your design file exactly. Logos, text, complex curves, interior cutouts — all from a single setup with no manual cleanup.
Water-jet cutting uses a high-pressure abrasive stream, so steel keeps its temper, finish, and dimensional accuracy. Better than plasma or laser for many materials.
Design files come in, finished pieces go out. Same factory, same crew that builds our stone and shutter work. No outsourcing, no middlemen.
Featured Project
Sometimes the best way to show what the machine can do is to show what came off the table. This ranch sign was cut from a single sheet of quarter-inch steel — longhorn skull, cactus, lettering, and frame all done in one pass on our Flow Mach 500.
No assembly, no welds, no compromises on detail. Hung on a barn-side wall, ready to weather beautifully for decades.

What We Cut
Ranch signs, business signs, address markers. Logos, lettering, and artwork cut from steel up to 1/4" thick, ready for paint, patina, or raw weathering.
Privacy screens, gate panels, custom brackets, and corbels. Bring us a sketch or a CAD file and we'll cut it cleanly in one pass.
From a single prototype to a small production run, we handle one-offs the same way we handle a hundred-piece job: precise, on-time, and out of one factory.
Send us a sketch, a CAD file, or even a napkin drawing. We'll quote it, cut it, and finish it at our Indio facility.
